Polsinelli PC, an AmLaw 100 firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Docket Specialist in our Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities:
Review all incoming ECF/e-filings, faxes, scanned mail deliveries, and emails for the offices within the designated assignment group (multiple offices) and docket same utilizing the CompuLaw Vision software in a manner consistent with court/agency rules and docketing protocols Ability to analyze and interpret various rules, including Federal, State, and Local rules for multiple states Ability to analyze documents to identify critical deadlines. The documents include but are not limited to complaints, motions, discovery requests, orders, etc. Ensure all information provided is accurate, and copies of documents are attached to events in the docketing system for reference Provide guidance to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff on understanding all aspects of docketing and processes Assist Docketing team members as backup and provide additional support as needed Actively interact and collaborate with team members to provide deliverables and service to the highest and sustainable level of quality and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Assume additional duties and/or responsibilities, as requested

Requirements:
