Job Description
AppleOne is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for a local client. ‘ This position is responsible for Preparing legal documents Reviewing and researching cases Performing basic secretarial duties Facilitating the completion of projects for moderately complex cases or transactions Drafting legal documents Coordinating the closure of a case or transactional files Handling administrative tasks Assisting with real estate-related legal work Preparing and filing essential documents such as purchase agreements, mortgage notes, title affidavits, and property descriptions.
