Medical Biller MammoLink, LLC Tampa, FL • Remote Overview Mammolink, LLC dba 3D Mobile Mammography is the largest breast imaging mobile mammography service in Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Medical Biller to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization while providing excellent service to our patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Two years of experience in medical billing Solid understanding of medical billing procedures Experience with Breast Imaging/Mammography is preferred Proficiency in Advanced MD is ideal Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations Insurance Knowledge required: State, Federal, Work Comp & Commercial plans Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors Process insurance claims, denials, and verifications within the standard monthly billing statement cycle timeframe Ability to identify and resolve problem/unpaid claims Update patient data and prepare invoices Submit insurance claims to clearinghouses or individual insurance companies electronically or via paper

forms Prior experience with medical practice, preferably with breast imaging/mammography Compare billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger in order to ensure all payments are properly posted and accounted for. Respond to patient inquiries about payment responsibilities, copays, deductibles, write-offs, and resolve complaints or explain coverage issues Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances Focused, Determined and Self-starter Must be well organized and detail oriented
