Medical Biller:

Direct billing team activities including claim submissions, payment reconciliation, and patient billing. Conduct audits to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Serve as point of escalation for billing issues. Ensure full compliance with healthcare billing regulations and internal policies. Develop internal processes and assist in implementing system upgrades. Provide staff training on procedures, software tools, and compliance standards. Analyze billing performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with finance and IT to resolve billing system issues. What You Bring to the Medical Biller role: At least 2-3 years of relevant billing experience in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and payer-specific billing requirements. Working knowledge of EMR platforms, coding and billing systems. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. #
