Key Responsibilities:

Submit medical claims to insurance companies. Verify insurance eligibility and coverage. Review and organize clinical documentation for billing purposes. Assist with billing-related phone calls and inquiries. Collaborate with other administrative departments as needed. Post insurance and patient payments accurately.

Requirements:

Strong willingness to learn and grow in the medical billing field. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Good spelling, organization, and time management. Fluency in English and Spanish is required . Completion of a medical billing school is a plus, even if you haven’t taken the board exam.
