Duties:

• Review and analyze medical records to identify appropriate codes for billing purposes
• Enter and submit claims to insurance companies or other third-party payers
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries or disputes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information
• Stay current with changes in medical coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9) and billing regulations
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure accurate documentation and coding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fertility Billing and Coding
• Strong knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9) and terminology
• Familiarity with medical billing software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and reimbursement processes
