Our established practices and experienced physicians offer patients the highest-quality outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. From common rashes to skin cancer treatments and plastic surgery procedures to an array of vein treatments, no case is beyond our experience and expertise! This position assists in preliminary claim submission charges by ensuring correct insurance packages, eligibility, and benefits verification, allocating self-pay collections, and updating patients’ files with accurate demographic information. The Revenue Cycle Specialist/Support will also oversee the entry of cosmetic charges and payment allocation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Eligibility and benefits verification Identify and update insurance and demographic data as needed. Update patient files accurately and effectively with all collection activities. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Full-Time Monday
- Friday Flexible schedule between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent Experience
- Experience in a medical office and insurance knowledge preferred but not required. General knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 coding requirements. Knowledge of HIPAA requirements related to medical records and billing requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Communication
- Excellent oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively. Work Style

Ability to analyze and interpret information and interact and decipher information telephonically and electronically.
