A local pharmaceutical company has immediatetemporary-to-permanent job openings for experienced full-timeMedical Billing Customer Service Representatives at their facilityin Clearwater, FL. These positions will be responsible for answering patient inquirycalls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner, aswell as researching/resolving any issues or concerns patients mayhave with their accounts. Additional responsibilities may include contacting insurancecarriers, patients and other facilities as needed to get maximumpayment on accounts and identify issues or changes to achieveclient profitability. Quality Assurance Standards and HIPAA rulesmust be adhered to at all times. Good listening skills and patience are necessary! This job requiresexcellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complexphone calls in regards to patient accounts and insuranceinquiries. Shifts will be Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm or possibly 8:30am -5:30pm.
Requirements:

- MUST have at least 1+ years recent experience
