As a Medical Billing Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from patients and insurance carriers. Responsibilities :
Analyze and work A/R for outstanding insurance and patient accounts Review and resolve insurance rejections and denials Assist with patient questions related to account statements/balances Review patient accounts for balances due, credits and outstanding amounts Contact patients and manage collections on outstanding balances Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable activities Assist with other billing responsibilities as needed
Qualifications :
Medical Office/Medical Billing Experience Previous OB/Gyn Experience is Beneficial but Not Required Revenue Cycle Management Experience Knowledge of E-Clinical Works, Navicure, Waystar, Availity & Optum Medical Accounts Receivable Experience Preferred Strong Understanding of
EOB & ERA
Strong Communication Skills •Pay rate negotiable based on experience•
