Summary We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team at On Track Pediatric Therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring accurate medical coding and collections, contributing directly to our mission of providing exceptional care to children. Responsibilities Manage the medical billing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Review and verify patient information and insurance details for billing purposes. Utilize ICD-10 and other coding systems for accurate medical coding. Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies in a timely manner. Follow up on unpaid claims and manage collections effectively. Maintain organized medical records and documentation related to billing. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any billing discrepancies. Requirements Proven 2 year experience minimum in a pediatric outpatient setting in Missouri with a focus on billing and coding. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and medical billing procedures. Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies.
