Asheboro & Thomasville, North Carolina (Hybrid Role) About Eternal Hope Therapeutics We are a mission-driven ABA therapy clinic supporting children and families affected by autism in Asheboro and Thomasville, NC. As our clinic grows, we are seeking an Experienced Medical Biller to manage insurance claims, optimize collections, and ensure timely reimbursement across Medicaid and private insurers. Position Overview This is a hybrid position, 38 hours per week, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, including ABA billing and NC Medicaid. A bonus opportunity is available based on collections. Key Responsibilities

• Submit and track claims for ABA therapy services via clearinghouses or payer portals
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new and current clients
• Manage denials, rejections, and resubmissions for NC Medicaid and commercial plans
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and payer correspondence
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure authorization and coding accuracy
• Generate aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Stay up to date on payer policy changes and NC Medicaid requirements
• Assist with credentialing support and audit preparation Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of medical billing experience, including ABA services
• Proficiency in NC Medicaid billing and commercial insurance
• Familiarity with ABA CPT codes (97153, 97155, 97156, 97151, etc.)
• Knowledge of billing platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Therabill, or similar)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally

Position Details Hours:

38 hours per week

Schedule:

Hybrid (remote + in-office as needed)

Compensation:

Based on experience $70,000 to $80,000 salary depending on experience

Bonus Opportunity:
