As our practice continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and reliable Orthodontic/Dental Biller to join our administrative team.

Position Summary:

The Orthodontic/Dental Biller is responsible for managing insurance claims, verifying benefits, handling patient accounts, and ensuring timely reimbursement for dental and orthodontic services. Experience with Edge dental software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify dental and orthodontic insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations Submit and follow up on insurance claims (PPO and Medicaid) Accurately post EOBs and payments, handle patient billing and collections Handle claim appeals and resolve insurance denials Maintain accurate patient financial records

Qualifications:

2+ years of dental and/or orthodontic billing experience required Strong knowledge of CDT codes, insurance guidelines, and claims processes Experience with Edge software (strongly preferred)
