What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced in-house Medical Billing & Claims Specialist (this is not a remote oppertunity) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference. In this full-time role (38.75 hours per week), you’ll be an essential part of our clinic’s operations, ensuring smooth billing and claims processes to support our therapy team and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Authorization Management :
Obtain and track required insurance authorizations, ensuring families are informed of any limitations or financial responsibilities.
Medical Billing :
Perform tasks such as posting ERAs, submitting claims, and correcting rejected or denied claims in a timely manner.
Insurance Communication :
Work directly with insurance providers to facilitate timely reimbursement for services.
Collaborative Problem Solving :
Partner with the Clinic Director and Owner to address billing-related processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Documentation & Organization :
Manage spreadsheets and documentation in the EMR system to support smooth clinic operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9:15am to 6:00pm, starting May 5, 2025.
Compensation :
Competitive pay range of $20.50 to $23.50 per hour DOE, plus productivity bonuses.
