Location Downtown Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 46585.36 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 82113.75 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; OR Bachelor’s degree to include 9 semester credits in Accounting; OR completion of 9 semester credits in Accounting and four years of Accounting experience are required; OR Additional Accounting experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes Responsibilities includes but are not limited to reviewing and reconciling Countywide P-Card transactions for over 500 purchasing/travel credit cards under the Miami Dade County (MDC) and the Constitutional Offices (COs) P-Card Programs. Ensures that expenses adhere to the P-Card Policies & Procedures of MDC and COs. Among other tasks responsibilities for this position includes communicating with the users regarding incomplete or incorrect records, follow up on transactions pending completion, request records from the Clerk of Court (COC) Records Center, assist and provide customer service on P-Card matters as needed. Assist with the creation of Payment Requests and Journal Vouchers in INFORMS of AP related payments (e.g. p-card, unclaimed). Serves as backup for some functions of the Travel and Special Services (SSC) Units.
