PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITY
This is an administrative position with responsibility representing Citrus by coordinating and ensuring the timely appearance of pertinent case management staff. This position shall also be responsible for presenting the necessary information in dependency court regarding the children and families served by the fill case management subcontracted agencies.

Collaborate with full case management subcontractor staff to track review hearing dates, ensuring they align with the court schedule and that all parties involved are notified. 2. Obtain duplicate court dockets and inform case management staff and attorneys of any upcoming hearings or motions related to assigned cases. 3. Request court orders from Children’s Legal Services (CLS) and disseminating to the appropriate parties. 4. Maintaining a master calendar for all hearings in the assigned division, and ensuring that the case managers are notified of all scheduled court dates. 5. Identify and address communication or procedural issues between case management staff and the legal system, working with relevant case stakeholders to find solutions. 6. Attend court hearings assigned and prepare for them in advance. 7. Prepare summary reports on the status of legal conferences or hearings and case outcomes for case management or other relevant parties. 8. Coordinate case staffing with supervisors, team members, providers, DCF, attorneys, and other stakeholders as necessary. 9. Ensure that all necessary document attachments are provided and filed with court reports. 10. Review legal documents for accuracy. 11. The Court Liaisons will work collaboratively with Case Managers, CLS, the Guardian Ad Litem Program and the Judiciary as it relates to all court related processes. 12. Foster relationships between case managers, CLS, GAL, and the Court. Identify and understand what resources are available and build and maintain effective working relationships within a network of systems. 13. Maintain a professional appearance and proper court etiquette at all times. 14. Performs other duties, as necessary and/or assigned.

Preferred:
experience and knowledge in juvenile and dependency matters, especially the dependency court process. Possess a current Background Clearance Screening as required by
