JOB SUMMARY/ DESCRIPTION

The Osceola County Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller is looking to hire a highly motivated individual willing to grow and develop within a fast-paced environment driven by a culture of service. We are looking for individuals with the ability to professionally interact with judges, attorneys, and other government office personnel while performing court-related ministerial functions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the Clerk of the Circuit Court Office in a professional manner Deliver best in class service experiences virtually or face to face Maintain court records to ensure they are complete, accurate, and up to date Notify relevant parties of court proceedings as needed Serve as evidence custodian Input data into multiple system applications/software Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Type 35 wpm Public speaking Computer skills and knowledge of software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal & skills Time management and organizational skills Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations Bilingual (preferred)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Valid Florida Drivers License Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Must demonstrate maturity and communication skills for public service

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting for long periods of time Talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Monday
