We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sports Ambassador to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Position Overview:

The Sports Ambassador will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greeting members and the public, answering inquiries, and providing helpful information.

Court Time Management:

Booking court times, managing reservations, and assisting with scheduling.

Retail Sales:

Processing retail transactions, managing inventory, and restocking supplies.

Financial Transactions:

Collecting fees, dues, and other payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Pro Shop Maintenance:

Keeping the pro shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in maintenance or sports facility management is a plus. Proven experience in facilities maintenance, sports ground upkeep, or a related field. Strong understanding of sports equipment and court maintenance practices. Ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance and repair work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
