The position is fully remote, but the litigation assistant must reside in Southern CA to be considered. The hourly compensation range is $45-51/hr depending on experience level. This is a unique opportunity to support litigation defense attorneyswith a very fast -paced complex litigation practice. The position willprepare and file court documents, including those related to
- removalof cases
- from state to federal court.
The position requires
- extensive knowledge of calendaring
- of trials,hearings, motions, and discovery using CompuLaw and ProLaw.
Document Management expertise is also a requirement for this position,i.e. iManage, Netdocuments or LogicalDOC. Strong MS Office and skillsusing Adobe Acrobat are also a must.
The hourly compensation range is $45-51/hr depending on experiencelevel.
The firm offers fully paid medical, dental and vision benefits foremployees. 401 (k) and and Profit Sharing are provided in addition to 34PTO days.
