Counter Clerk, Kansas City Area 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 13811 E US Highway 40, Independence, MO 64055 Calvert’s Express is a full service shop with multiple in and around Kansas City Independence, Raytown We are looking for 2 counter clerks/retail receptionists who can work independently, are organized, have good computer skills and are great with people. Cashier and Customer Service experience are a big plus. Automotive experience is not required. Job duties include but are not limited to: Working with Customer greeting, entering into the computer, documenting reason for visit, providing progress updates, verifying all documents are signed, cashiering Documentation entering parts sold, verifying entry and pricing is complete and accurate, keeping paperwork in order and organized General Office housekeeping, reception area, ordering supplies Delivery/Pickup picking up and returning parts to local suppliers, driver license and clean MVR required We currently operate on a 6-day week schedule ( Monday-Friday 7:30-6:00, Saturday 8:00-5:00). Employees are encouraged to work all 6 days but have the option for a 5-day schedule with a day off on Tues, Wed or Thur.
