Job Description
License Nursing Assistant Grnbk Woodsville, NH 03785 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LNA to join our healthcare team. The LNA will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and behavioral health environments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in their condition. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families regarding care plans. Perform IV infusions and phlebotomy as needed. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care. Provide support in travel nursing assignments as required. Skills At least 1 year of experience as LNA Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices. In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Experience working in nursing home or assisted living settings is Preferred Proficient in IV infusion techniques and phlebotomy skills. Ability to engage in discharge planning processes effectively. Familiarity with behavioral health principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient care documentation.
