Audi West Chester is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Automotive Inventory / Assistant Used Car Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is critical in overseeing and managing our new and used vehicle inventory while supporting the Used Car Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and possess a solid understanding of automotive inventory management systems, vehicle flow, and reconditioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Systems:

Maintain accurate records of new, used, and loaner vehicles Update and manage inventory management software with current data Track vehicle location, including sold, pending delivery, and loaners

Inventory Operations:

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering based on trends and customer demand Coordinate inventory transfers with other dealerships Oversee the receipt and paperwork of vehicle deliveries

Lot & Vehicle Presentation:

Ensure the lot is organized, clean, and vehicles are displayed attractively Coordinate with service on reconditioning of used vehicles Tag vehicles with appropriate disclaimers and manage key organization

Marketing & Listings:

Ensure accurate and timely online listings of all inventory Manage inventory feeds to third-party advertising platforms

Assistant Management Support:

Support the Used Car Manager with inventory acquisition, pricing, and sales strategy Mentor and train sales team members on product knowledge and inventory processes Handle customer inquiries and assist in providing a premium customer experience Help manage inventory write-downs and ensure compliance with dealership procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive inventory, sales, or assistant management preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in inventory management systems and dealership software (preferred) Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with sales and service teams Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
