Job Description
Homemaker Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. Lebanon, PA A progressive child welfare agency is seeking a Homemaker Case Manager for Lebanon County, PA, area. The Homemaker must demonstrate an ability to perform and teach skills related to parenting (experience preferred). Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (in fact we do not want them to have a college degree due to the nature of the job), valid PA driver’s license, and eligibility under current PA legal and regulatory requirements. This is an hourly, Full-time position (hours will vary based upon the client’s specific needs). A person with a degree would not qualify. A company vehicle, equipment and gas card will be included with this position. Must travel once a week to our West Lawn, PA location for group staffing and individual staffing.
Responsibilities explained:
Helping with weekly grocery shopping. Setting and monitoring budgets. Helping with cleaning, cooking and laundry. Coordinating other household management activities. Staying up-to-date with court hearings, doctor/dental appointments. Staying up-to-date nutrition and hygiene.
