Description ProjectCoordination & Support Assist the Project Manager in planning,scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Help manageproject documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, andchange orders. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as aliaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internalteams. Attend project meetings and ensure clear communication ofgoals, timelines, and expectations. Budget & Cost Tracking Monitorproject budgets and assist with cost control measures. Help prepareand review financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Quality & Compliance Oversight Support quality assurance efforts byensuring work meets company and regulatory standards. Assist withsite inspections and safety compliance documentation. Scheduling ⪻ogress Monitoring Track project milestones and deadlines usingscheduling software. Report on project progress and flag potentialdelays or issues. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Identify andhelp resolve project-related challenges in a timely and efficientmanner. Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on trackProfile The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-orientedprofessional with a passion for construction and a desire to growwithin a dynamic project management team.
