Specializing in Municipal, Government and Educationprojects, they offer exciting and challenging opportunities thatpromote personal and professional growth. Description Assist withday-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force includingassistants, foremen, subcontractors and other construction relatedpersonnel. Assist Project Manager and work directly with SeniorSuperintendent in the supervision and responsibility of the totalconstruction effort in accordance with design, budget, quality, andschedule. Assist with providing technical assistance(interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methodsand equipment, etc.) as required, including mechanical, electrical,plumbing and fire protection. Inspection of Contractor or(Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract. Reviewand approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with ProjectManager. Maintain good relationships with internal and externalclients, including representatives of Owner, Architect/Engineer andPartners. Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordinationwith Project Manager. Development of Quality Assurance& Controls;Conduct quality inspections Coordinate site testing and inspectionefforts. Monitor costs, including labor time and material.

Communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management Program.

Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through ownactions and mentoring others. Manage schedules, includingpreparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring allactivities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates. Prepare andsubmit Superintendent’s Daily Reports to document weather and fieldconditions, trade and subcontractor manpower, progress andconditions impacting the project, as well as Accident Reports,Quality Reports, etc. Conduct subcontractor meetings. Attend andparticipate in project meetings. Providing training and educationto support field superintendents and engineers. Profile 2 years ofCommercial Construction experience Strong knowledge of MEP & FP,and mission critical systems Completed Commercial projects greaterthan $2M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook Job OfferGenerous compensation package Full medical, dental, and healthbenefits 401k package Bonus incentives, company vehicle and monthlyexpenses.
