Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant II for the Wildflower Court department works under general supervision of the Administrator/Director of Post Acute Care. This position is responsible for preparing the office and ensuring an orderly flow for residents, families, and staff. The main responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, answering phone calls and relaying messages, communication with providers and patients, management or patient paperwork including passing off referrals and intake documents to the appropriate person, etc. This position also facilitates management of data collection records with digital data collection systems and printing or creating extra patient materials for therapy. This position works independently and is the primary administrative support for the Administrator/Director of Post Acute Care and the front office at Wildflower Court. Minimum Qualifications for the

Job:
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

One (1) year of experience in data entry and/or analysis.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with behavioral health documentation or medical office.
License(s): None
Certification(s): None

Internal Hires:

 Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.

External Hires:

This position starts at $22.40 per hour. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.
