Clinic Front Office (Fairhope, AL) 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 19484 Greeno Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532 In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities. Strong communication, dependability, and computer proficiency is a MUST. Responsible for patient appointment scheduling Obtaining insurance authorization Creation of new patient charts and maintenance of patient records Scanning and filing patient documents and ensuring complete and accurate information Managing incoming phone calls Providing financial counseling for patients and posting over the counter (OTC) payments Daily document research on an electronic health/medical record system
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Requires less than 1 year of customer service, administration or related experience.
