Front Office Coordinator 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Geneva, AL 36340 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and professional individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a welcoming environment, and support administrative functions. Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner at the front desk. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Enter invoices and sales orders Provide administrative support including clerical tasks such as document preparation and correspondence. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area to create a welcoming atmosphere. Must be able to answer phones and make decisions to best assist callers Data entry using Microsoft Excel Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is required Must have experience using Microsoft Office including Excel Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective data entry and file management. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
