Warren Averett Executive Search and Recruiting is working with an established client in the Birmingham area who is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
Skills:
Must have organizational, problem solving and time management skills Demonstrate ability to collaborate and communicate with broad internal and external audiences Attention to detail and take initiative with appropriate follow-through Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
