Administrative Assistant
Summary•The Admin will provide administrative support to the Department Director and her Team of managers (4 to 5). The admin will schedule and coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, manage calendars, and perform additional administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Prior experience supporting a team in a corporate setting.
Perform multiple tasks effectively
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Capable of making timely, independent decisions
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonalmunications skill
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Basic knowledge Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite
Strong keyboard and typing skills
Ability to develop collaborative relationships
Analysis and problem-solving skills
Time management skills
Hybrid work schedule•in the office 3 days a week.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range:
$25•$27/hr w2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
