is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant. As a leading provider in the (insert industry) industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- ? Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- ? Answer and direct phone calls and check voicemail regularly
- ? Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing documents
- ? Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- ? Engage in project tasks as assigned by department supervisor

- ? Make daily runs to the post office and manage incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:
