Summary We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Quality Creative Landscaping. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing customer service through effective administrative tasks. Located in the United States, this position plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our office environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner Greet visitors and coordinate appointments with managers or supervisors Assist with job scheduling, work order entry, and crew timesheet tracking Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry into systems (CRM, HRIS, etc.) Process incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and basic billing tasks Order office and jobsite supplies as needed Support onboarding of new hires (e.g., paperwork, orientation schedules) Track and file safety documentation, licenses, and certifications Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence Coordinate communication between field staff and administrative team Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role (landscape or construction industry a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are ready to contribute to a team that values quality and efficiency, we invite you to apply for the Office Assistant position at Quality Creative today!
