We are currently seeking a Medical Office Clerk in our Birmingham, AL office to provide patient and third-party hospital pre-registration services to our clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Sorting incoming mail and distributing inner office Answering door Processing Virtual Credit Cards Ordering supplies and keeping up with inventory Assisting wherever is needed for the departments Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines related to HIPAA. Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
