Assist in daily office tasks including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.

Scheduling :

Manage calendars and appointments for executive staff, ensuring efficient time management.

Document Management :

Organize and maintain accurate records, invoices, and office documents.

Customer Service :

Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Supply Management :
