This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Core Responsibilities Communication:

Answering phone calls, handling email, and responding to inquiries.

File Management:

Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and electronic. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Scheduling and Coordination:

Managing calendars, plan and schedule meetings and appointments.

Office Support:

Monitor level of supplies, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and ensuring a clean organized work environment.

Data Entry and Management:

Updating information in database and spreadsheets, and assisting with data analysis Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
