Duties Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist with office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and organization. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Experience Previous experience in an office clerk or administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent computer literacy with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite applications.
