What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Operations Assistant , you’ll work closely with leadership and team members to support the daily operations of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Running and analyzing operational reports for internal use Reviewing and preparing timecards to ensure accurate payroll processing Ordering office and clinical supplies across multiple locations Planning and coordinating team events and meetings Handling confidential employee and practice information with discretion Assisting with administrative projects and special initiatives Providing on-site support at various locations as needed You’ll be based at our Hoover office , but occasional travel to other offices will be required.
