PM Coordinator Sudden Service INC. Taylor Sudden Service provides exclusive worldwide distribution of genuine Taylor OEM parts and forklift service for equipment designed, manufactured, and marketed by Taylor Machine Works, Inc. Duties/Responsibilities:

Works with the Service Department to ensure accurate work scheduling and involvement. Responsible for providing PM reports. Provides company information, company history, safety data, job references, certificates of insurance and other requirements of service and PM work contracts. Works with the General Service Manager and store Service Manager to develop sales strategies that will address all customer concerns and objections. Create and maintain PM schedule for company owned and customer owned equipment Coordinate with customers on service schedule Open work orders as needed Communicate equipment issues found while performing PM’s to service team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills to use Excel, Word, and Email. Must work well with others and possess good people skills. Will be working closely with multiple departments such as Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, and Manufacturing.
