The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities:
You will: Monitor technician’s performance, including productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols. Assign service calls and work orders to technicians. Monitor the status of open repairs with workshop technicians. Provide some first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance. Develop reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication with customers. Conduct pre-job safety meetings. Facilitate invoicing of the completed service orders. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to technicians. Assist in providing excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process. Schedule service appointments and route accordingly.
Qualifications:
