The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Duties Manage incoming calls and maintain effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Provide support as a medical receptionist when necessary, greeting patients and handling inquiries with care. Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, collaboration, and communication among team members. Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and ensuring the workspace is tidy. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating strong customer service skills at all times. Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management to meet deadlines. Skills Proficient in clerical duties with strong attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in an office environment with a focus on administrative functions. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs promptly. Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with Google Workspace applications for productivity and collaboration.
