Company Description We are a fully licensed commercial general contractor, specializing in catastrophe rebuild and restoration. Currently licensed in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, we focus on multi-family and commercial projects. Our commitment is to get our clients back up and running during the toughest of times. When disaster strikes, we ensure our clients return to normal as soon as possible. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Auburn, AL for a Construction Project Accounting/Admin. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day accounting tasks related to active construction projects, manage budgets, coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams, and handle day-to-day admin responsibilities. The role also involves utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation purposes. Proficiency in Quickbooks is a requirement for this position. Qualifications Experience in Budgeting and Construction project accounting Familiarity with construction billing and invoicing processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in-office in Auburn, AL Experience in construction billing and job costing
