The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism. Duties Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary. Oversee office management tasks, ensuring that the workspace is organized and well-equipped. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Provide personal assistant support to executives, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain computer literacy by utilizing various software applications, including Google Suite, for document creation and management. Assist in organizing company events and meetings, coordinating logistics and materials required. Perform data entry tasks accurately while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in calendar management to ensure efficient scheduling. Experience with office management practices to maintain an orderly work environment. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for financial documentation purposes. Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and document preparation. Knowledge of phone systems and effective communication techniques to interact with clients and team members professionally. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaborative work and document sharing. Has a valid passport or can obtain a valid passport.
