Is responsible for all administrative activities related to apartment rentals and management. Responsibilities Manage the leasing process from start to close while demonstrating your organization and people skills. Available to assist the prospective and current residents with any questions or concerns. Perform data entry and document day to day operations of property management such as rent collections, work orders etc. Co-ordinate with vendors on various work orders. Ensure that the property is well maintained and all policies and procedures are followed by the residents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in apartment complex. Computer skills required Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Must display ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely. (Writing samples will be requested) Knowledge of rental laws is preferred.
