Personal Assistant/Receptionist Retire Solid Financial Network 100 Washington Street NE, Huntsville, AL 35801
Overview:
Retire Solid Financial Network is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in our Huntsville Office. The ideal candidate will directly support our VP of Operations, ensuring efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations of the General Manager
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Attend local workshops to assist with sign-ins, and appointment scheduling
- Work hands on with our Reps to complete tasks such as applications and back-office procedures.
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Skilled in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Proficient in calendar management
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures
- Excellent data entry skills
