Primary Duties:
Obtain & record patient’s accurate height & weight on each visit. Obtain patient vital signs such as pulse, temperature, respiration and blood pressure Document patient information correctly into the EHR system. Escort patient to room. Answer telephones and manage calls appropriately. Other duties as assigned.
