Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls professionally Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service calls Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Process timesheets, invoices, and other administrative paperwork Support management with data entry, reports, and correspondence Greet visitors and assist walk-in clients Help ensure smooth daily office operations
Requirements:
