Pilot is looking for a Deployment Associate in our Hillcrest office in Mobile, AL. This is not an adjuster position. The successful deployment associate will work with our adjusters and employees to deploy them to work locations to service our clients. He/She will have a professional approach to the job, a strong work ethic, ability to track details while handling multiple tasks, ability to work with a team, and a commitment to providing the best possible service to our employees and adjusters. Responsibilities:

Coordinate with multiple departments in support of hiring and training. Provide thorough review of the deployment process to new employees/adjusters; ensuring they know what to expect on their deployment. Demonstrate consistent work ethic and patience while handling multiple projects in a strong team environment. Display a professional and personable attitude.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8-5 with required overtime hours during storm events and other periods when storm activity is prevalent.
