DEALERSHIP OFFICE CLERK
Mobile Luxury Motors 85 Schillinger Rd N, Mobile, AL 36608 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office management. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence. Answer phone calls and manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office and with clients. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members. Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and files to ensure a well-functioning workspace. Provide support as a personal assistant to senior staff when necessary, helping with various administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies. Qualifications Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.
