Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle daily clerical tasks, assist with scheduling, support team members, and keep things in order.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Manage office supplies and inventory Assist with filing, scanning, and document management Greet clients and visitors professionally Help with other admin duties as needed
Requirements:
