The successful candidate will coordinate office operations while overseeing the document records and renewals for various insurance programs, managing the purchasing card program for the university and working with department administrators on assessment records and department projects. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our internal community as well as external contacts. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

Summary of Duties:

Coordinate the purchasing card program for the university; liaison with vendor; process receipts and reconciliations Maintain all components of the University liability and property insurance programs Coordinate the daily operations of the office and administrative needs Assist in the development, coordination and maintenance of department assessment records Coordinate timesheets, leave requests, and leave accounting for the Finance division Assist with departmental functions and events Process various payments and fund transfers Review and approve purchase orders, reconcile accounts and supporting documentation Process journal entries for general ledger records Cross-train to provide services for

Student Accounts and Accounting Qualifications:
