Clerical Representative Onbase Indexer Position Available In Montgomery, Alabama

• Job Description:

• Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Essential Functions
• + Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail, and personal computers + Collaborate and partner with teams across the organization + Participate in meetings and education requirements + Monitors centralized mailbox and electronic work queues to distribute incoming documents appropriately + Reviews incoming faxes and distributes them appropriately + Prepares outgoing mail + Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages + Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards + Performs other duties as assigned •Skills•+ Office Equipment + Attention to detail + Knowledge of HIPPA + Office Administration + Computer Literacy and troubleshooting + Copier Machines + Scanners •

Physical Requirements:

• Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or equivalent is required + Six (6) months experience in Healthcare clerical setting is required + Twelve (12) months experience in a healthcare clerical setting is preferred
